Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, we do not accept refunds on purchases that were made with any coupons.
  • We ship items from DC, MD or Europe based on our stocks. If the item you ordered is available in either of those places, we will ship them to you from closest warehouse to your provided address. If your order is still on pre-transit after a couple of days that means we had to ship you from overseas and you'll be able to track your order after it passes the customs. We are not responsible for delays after your order is shipped, it's dependant on the shipping company, not us. International shipping takes a while if that's the case with your order. Please contact to get more information regarding stocks of the item(s) you are interested in before purchase or if you have any questions regarding the status of your order. We are glad to help!
  • We do not do cancellations after purchase.
  • Shipping costs will not be included in your refund if we shipped your order from Europe.

If you need an item faster and you live in the USA we may have it available and shipping takes 3-5 days with USPS so contact us regarding stocks if you need it faster. Thank you for your purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We need the items back in the warehouse to even consider a refund so please do not ask our customer service to refund you without returning. They are not responsibile of that decision. We do not provide return labels either, sorry for the inconvenience.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
